Suspect Southware using up resources. After restart remote into server and uninstalled Malwarebytes to release some resources. Notice quite a bit warning on Windows Lock Outs alerts. |

| 2 | [REMOTE SUPPORT] - Noticed numerous account lock out attempts. Checked server and SonicWALL firewall saw hundreds of event entries that dsiadmin account is constantly being lock out and usages of tcp/ip port 3389 (used for RDS/terminal server) from countries in Netherland, Russia, Poland, Czech Republic and Africa. Enable geo-ip blocking of all the countries except Netherland. Change port 3389 to be only accessible from DSI's office which we use to provide remote support. Do not see anymore hacking attempts to access Morrico Network using port 3389 from any countries. |
