Perform timeclock training with Raquel and Joleen. Raquel and Joleen to enter all employees and departments. Navy base access pass approved and pickup schedule is this Friday. DSI to pick up pass and setup timeclock at NEX location. Troubleshoot network at Mr. Webber's residence. Noted Mr. Webber has IT&E and GTA internet. However, only IT&E is in use. GTA modem has internet but is not connected to his home network. DSI to provide a quote for a network bonding equipment to tie in both IT&E and GTA. troubleshoot VPN access issues being experienced since Saturday. Test access VPN with no issues today. Possible IT&E was making network changes. Mr. Webber to monitor.
