IP Phones not registering at NCS location. Noted that SBC has no network connection. Reboot SBC and confirm network connection restored. IP phones are registered. Noted only 1 IP phone can call out. The other 2 IP Phones shows forbidden. Perform tests and confirmed IP phones are the issue and need to be replaced.
