Troubleshoot NCS location IP Phones. GTA replaced modem and all phones are down.

Domino's confirmed GTA restored internet service. Noted IP Phones still not registered. Noted SBC is stuck and unable to boot due to VFS unable to mount image. Run a check disk repair on the SBC SD card. SBC boots up properly now. Confirmed all 4 IP phones at NCS location are registered.
