| 1 | Troubleshoot Lana's workstation. Workstation does not boot up properly. Noted 3 USB HDDs and 1 USB Drive connected to workstation. Remove all 4 drives and test boot workstation. Workstation boots up properly. Configure boot sequence in BIOS to not boot from USB. Reconnected all 4 external drives and boot up workstation. Workstation boots up properly. Remove several programs from windows startup in msconfig.exe with Lana. Install 1 Epson printer via USB connection on Lana's workstation. Verified both Lana and Susan's workstation AVG is still active. Advised Lana that their AVG subscription will be expiring in 20 days and will need to be renewed. Removed old McAfee software from Susan's workstation. Show Lana how to configure new Eeros wifi extenders. Per Lana, wifi extenders not to be configured today. Lana will configure the wifi extenders at a later time. |
