Checl Bong's email issue. Bong is not receiving emails from us.navy.mil consistantly. Check his outlook client and confirmed emails not being blocked or marked as junk. 2 other engineers also report same issue. Issue is suspected to be Rackspace email service not receiving emails from us.navy.mil. DSI to work with Jay to move forward to move emails from Rackspace to new email hosting company. Quote provided previously. DSI will provide a new updated quote.
