check Nicole's pdf issue. unable to set as default app and open certain pdf. Reinstall ecopy PDF software and confirmed default app can be set as ecopy PDF. test open files that were unable to open. Noted issue due to file names being too long. Troubleshoot Chloe's ms word not able to save edits to documents Chloe does for Dave. Noted issue is due to those particular files being run as compatibility mode due to the files being created in office 2003. Show Chloe how to recreate files in word 2016.
