workstation unable to boot up. HDD not detected. reseat HDD SATA cable. Confirmed HDD is detected in system BIOS. Run Dell Hardware Diagnostics and confirmed all hardware tests passed. Proceed to reboot workstation and confirmed workstation boots to Windows properly. Test login successfully. Perform several test shutdown and restart of the workstation and confirmed workstation boots to Windows successfully each time.
